Devin has a track record of stepping into messy situations and creating order… from helping a client recover approximately 4 million in a fixed indexed annuity after uncovering issues in sales practices and marketing materials, to serving as Interim Treasurer for the 2020 Kanye for President campaign and tightening its financial controls.

Peter has built and run two profitable Michigan cannabis companies, maintaining 50 percent profit margins while securing more than 100 retail accounts across the lower and upper peninsula. He has designed and stabilized cultivation environments, overseen processing and packaging, trained full teams and created the daily systems that keep facilities on schedule and in compliance.

Peter holds a Master of Science in Molecular Cellular Biology from Eastern Michigan University, where he also taught and mentored students. Ryan has been building and selling cannabis brands in Michigan since 2016, when he launched Atlas Processing Center. He has worked with growers, processors and retailers across the state to shape product lines, negotiate placements and move real volume through the market.
His lane is go to market… positioning, pricing, sales strategy and the story that actually pulls product off shelves. Ryan spends most of his time on brand architecture, packaging input and wholesale relationships so that marketing, sales and compliance all point in the same direction.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, studying from 2010 to 2014. At Atlas Consulting he leads brand and sales strategy and helps operators turn their strengths into clear offers that make sense to buyers and investors.
